Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager, Associate to support operational and process implementation for PG&E's electrification programs. The role involves evaluating opportunities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring data accuracy to improve program efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, infrastructure constraints, cost effectiveness, and program readiness
• Support evaluation of electrification opportunities, including intake workflows, evaluation frameworks, and project tracking mechanisms
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve program efficiency
• Update program data systems including centralized trackers, SharePoint repositories, and operational dashboards to reflect current program progress
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple program inputs to support operational reporting and strategic planning
• Maintain structured SharePoint environments, documentation libraries, and program file systems to support efficient knowledge sharing and operational transparency
• Identify opportunities to refine intake workflows, opportunity tracking, and operational governance structures

Requirements:

• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, infrastructure constraints, cost effectiveness, and program readiness
• Support evaluation of electrification opportunities, including intake workflows, evaluation frameworks, and project tracking mechanisms
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve program efficiency
• Update program data systems including centralized trackers, SharePoint repositories, and operational dashboards to reflect current program progress
