The role focuses on evaluating opportunities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring data accuracy to enhance program efficiency and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, infrastructure constraints, cost effectiveness, and program readiness
- Support evaluation of electrification opportunities, including intake workflows, evaluation frameworks, and project tracking mechanisms
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve program efficiency
- Update program data systems including centralized trackers, SharePoint repositories, and operational dashboards to reflect current program progress
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple program inputs to support operational reporting and strategic planning
- Maintain structured SharePoint environments, documentation libraries, and program file systems to support efficient knowledge sharing and operational transparency
- Identify opportunities to refine intake workflows, opportunity tracking, and operational governance structures
Requirements:
