Array Technologies is a company focused on delivering utility-scale and commercial energy projects. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution, managing risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and communication plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular project meetings and status reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Commissioning, and Field Operations
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities
- Monitor and control project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performance
- Lead change management activities, including preparation, review, and approval of change orders
- Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and data integrity within project management systems
- Support contract administration activities, including reconciliation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Coordinate site activities including training, Golden Rows, commissioning, and site visits
- Drive continuous improvement of project execution processes and best practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to Project Associates and Associate Project Managers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP certification in Progress
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through full lifecycle execution
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or broader energy industry
- Prior experience managing utility-scale or large commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with contract administration and change management processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
