Adjunct Instructor - Cybersecurity and AI - Division of Computing, Analytics and Mathematics, UMKC School of Science & Engineering

The University of Missouri-Kansas City is seeking highly qualified adjunct instructors to teach online cybersecurity and AI courses. This part-time position involves teaching courses for an AI-Cybersecurity Workforce Certification-Based Training Program, typically consisting of two evening sessions per week over an eight-week period.

Responsibilities:

• Teach online cybersecurity and AI courses for the project, “Extend and Expand the AI-Cybersecurity Workforce Certification-Based Training Program (CWCT) with AI Literacy Training.”
• Conduct two evening sessions per week over an eight-week period

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
• At least three years of teaching experience
• Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter of the courses to be taught
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
