Project Manager

Topline Heating And Air specializes in residential HVAC services, and they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of HVAC projects. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate logistics, ensure quality standards are met, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Project Management and ability to lead projects to successful completion
• Strong skills in Expediting and proficiency as an Expeditor to maintain efficiency in project workflows
• Experience in Inspection and enforcing compliance with quality standards and best practices
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources, materials, and schedules effectively
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams and clients
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, construction projects, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is preferred
