Senior Product Designer - Flights (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is a global travel company that connects people to destinations and experiences. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer for their Flights team to lead the design of user-friendly experiences for searching, booking, and managing flights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high usability and innovation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop design solutions that address both business objectives and customer needs
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of features
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback
• Present your work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and team meetings
• Document your design process and clearly articulate your decisions
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across our expanding suite of products and features
• Bring a strategic vision to implementing experiences that balance customer needs with business, content, and technology
