Noteefy is the #1 demand technology company for the golf industry, focused on accelerating golf course revenue while enhancing the booking experience. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to drive pipeline and brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns, webinars, and events, while also building a marketing team as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns with the primary goal of generating pipeline and revenue
- Own and continuously improve an always-on inbound engine across SEO-informed content, email nurture, retargeting, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion optimization
- Build sales plays that target various ICPs and support our BDR team
- Work with channel and technology partners to develop and execute co-marketing programs that expand reach and pipeline
- Own and execute the webinar program end-to-end: topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, live execution, and post-event follow-up
- Plan and execute our presence at trade shows, golf industry conferences, and hosted field events. Develop pre- and post-event plays in partnership with sales
- Own the customer story by partnering with CS to identify candidates, lead interviews, and produce case studies and sales content
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency across content production, campaigns, and reporting
- Partner closely with sales to ensure campaigns translate into conversations
- Build repeatable processes, maintain lead flow, and ensure accurate attribution and reporting
- Monitor pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and program performance. Make data-driven adjustments to improve results
- Build playbooks for repeatable programs so each campaign, event, and webinar gets smarter and more efficient than the last
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Hands-on experience executing webinars, field events, outbound sales plays, and inbound demand programs
- Proven track record building or meaningfully scaling an inbound marketing engine
- Ability to manage budget by tracking spend, allocating toward what's working, and reporting on cost per opportunity and ROI by channel
- Experience developing co-marketing programs with channel, technology, or ecosystem partners
- Fluent in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalents)
- AI-native, with a working knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in day-to-day operations
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator who's comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment
- Familiarity with golf, hospitality, or vertical SaaS
