Responsibilities:
- Proofread and review newsletters, print, and digital marketing materials for accuracy and quality
- Manage client social media posts and mailing lists
- Send projects into production and track delivery timelines
- Support new client onboarding and setup in Practice Promotions systems
- Join client meetings and collaborate with senior specialists to ensure campaign success
- Review and communicate campaign performance results confidently in English
- Collect feedback from clients and relay updates to the writing and design teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on growth and results
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to stay aligned with goals and deadlines
