Technical Project Manager

Arc4 is a digital consulting and systems integration company focused on optimizing digital experiences for enterprise brands. They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee digital project implementations and manage client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent digital projects from kickoff through completion
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile/Scrum
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients
• Translate client goals into actionable project plans
• Bridge strategy and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term client relationships
• Lead initiatives across listings platforms (including Yext) to improve visibility and accuracy
• Develop and execute SEO, listings, and performance strategies
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities based on client needs and performance
• Conduct analytics reviews, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Prepare and present performance reports tied to ROI
• Stay current on SEO, platform updates, and AI-driven search trends
• Partner with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Communicate effectively with technical teams using front-end knowledge (React, JS, HTML, CSS)
• Work with CMS platforms and support configuration and management
• Coordinate API integrations and ensure reliable data flow between systems
• Support QA, testing, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with technical leads to troubleshoot performance and data issues
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools where applicable
• Document processes and recommend workflow improvements
• Monitor account health and delivery efficiency
• Identify ways to improve performance, scalability, and outcomes
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Software Engineering, IT, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years in project management, preferably in a digital or technical environment
• Understanding of front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Slack)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Yext Analytics)
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, and CMS platforms
• Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, local)
• Awareness of AI-driven search (AEO, GEO, AI SEO)
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and analysis
• Strong organization and time management
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team
• Agency experience and PMP/CAPM certifications are a plus
