The HRIS Analyst will support the organization's HR processes and technology, focusing on Core HCM and Recruiting, ensuring alignment with workforce management needs and providing expertise in system configuration and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Core HCM and Recruiting per Business Partner needs
- Provide guidance and configuration expertise on the following Workday modules: Core HCM and Recruiting
- Oversee the underlying structure and configuration of the system as it relates to business processes, workflows, logic, organizational structure, and data
- Oversee the configuration of the recruiting life cycle from job application to hire business process
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and escalated employee inquiries within a respective module in a timely manner
- Partner with HR Operations and HRIT to participate in system testing and upgrades to ensure HCM & Recruiting modules are functioning correctly and efficiently
- Understand future Workday releases (R1 and R2) and demo to stakeholder groups for discussion/application
- Partner to train end-users and stakeholders on how to use different functionality within the modules effectively
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve module processes
- Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of proven experience in configuring and managing Core HCM and Recruiting modules within Workday
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Workday or related tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for training and support
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead projects related to Core HCM and Recruiting modules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Completion of HCM Fundamentals, Business Process Fundamentals, and Recruiting Fundamentals courses with Workday is preferred
- Familiarity with other modules (Talent, Learning, Security, etc.) within Workday are a plus
