Responsibilities:
- Act as a steward and advocate for Bain’s brand voice, ensuring all content aligns with Bain’s tone, style, and messaging priorities
- Proven experience writing compelling copy for diverse marketing activations, including integrated marketing campaigns, events and environmental branding; video scripts, social media, infographics
- Develop and write engaging, on-brand content tailored to social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, optimizing posts for accessibility, inclusivity, and audience engagement
- Generate fresh, original, and differentiating creative ideas based on inputs provided in creative briefs, delivering content that captures attention and sets Bain apart in the market
- Partner with creative, digital, and marketing teams to align copy with visuals, generate new content ideas, and ensure consistency in voice and messaging across campaigns and platforms
- Apply insights from data to assess content performance, inform messaging, and optimize as needed
- Stay informed on content marketing innovations, social media trends, and industry news to ensure Bain’s content remains fresh and relevant
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of written output and contribute to the development and refinement of Bain’s custom GPT applications
- Provide hands-on training and resources to the Marketing team to equip them with the skills needed to consistently apply Bain’s brand voice
- Foster a culture of excellence in storytelling and advocacy
