Mojio is a connected mobility platform that empowers businesses with actionable intelligence derived from telematics data. They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to design and operate the growth function for their flagship solution, Force Fleet, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies and experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Build the Growth Engine
• Run Rapid Growth Experiments
• Operate a Modern AI-Powered Growth Stack
• Own the Lifecycle Experience
• Co-Manage the SEO & Content Engine

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in the United States
• We are not able to consider applicants requiring visa sponsorship, transfer, or located outside the United States at this time
• You are a subject matter expert with strong opinions on the future of growth marketing
• Completed growth-centric educational / training programs like those offered by Reforge
• Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth
• Have worked in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS; bonus points for IoT experience
• Love experimentation and building systems from scratch
• Are highly comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
• Have a strong analytical mindset and can follow the data
• Are comfortable launching and measuring experiments quickly
• Preferred candidates from PST zone
