Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform for Transformative Brand Growth, specializing in AI-driven growth for consumer brands. The Marketing Program Manager role is responsible for championing Trafilea's operational framework within the marketing department, leading multiple projects from planning through launch, and aligning business strategy with execution to drive organizational efficiency and scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops)
- Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned with PMO methodology
- Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress
- Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs)
- Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables
- Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in fast-paced digital marketing environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs)
- Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and ability to use tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack
- Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure
- Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus
- Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or consumer digital spaces is a bonus
