Product Designer

NexHealth is focused on transforming healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers through innovative solutions. The Product Designer will be responsible for end-to-end UX design, shaping product strategy, and ensuring user clarity and simplicity across all product surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments
• Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
• Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
• Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface
• Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
• Strong product intuition and the ability to lead product strategy through design
• You think like a PM and build like an engineer
• World-class taste and systems thinking
• Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments is a plus
• You've built design-led products that succeeded at scale
