DocDraft is a company that makes legal help accessible to everyone through AI-powered document generation and licensed attorney oversight. They are seeking a Head of Employer Partnerships to build a new channel for employee benefits, focusing on running pilots, developing sales materials, and scaling successful strategies with HR and People leaders.
Responsibilities:
- You'll own the entire employer benefits channel
- In the first 90 days, that means running pilots with a handful of companies, learning which use cases resonate with employees, and developing the sales materials and pricing model for employer contracts
- After that, you'll scale what works — going direct to HR and People leaders, building relationships with benefits brokers, and exploring platform partnerships with HR tech companies like Rippling, Gusto, and Justworks
- You'll have direct access to the CEO and CTO and real influence over product decisions that affect this channel
- This is a building role, not a managing role
- You'll be the person in the room making the pitch, closing the deal, and figuring out what the onboarding experience should look like for a 200-person company
- Over time, you'll hire a team underneath you, but the near-term job is to prove the channel and close the first wave of accounts yourself
