Project Management Implementation, Senior Analyst

The Senior Analyst in Project Management Implementation will support the Medicaid provider management team, focusing on project management and coordination of operations. This role involves leading work assignments and collaborating closely with management to ensure efficient production and turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

• Support the several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities
• Focus on coordination and collaboration amongst of work for Medicaid Provider Operations and internal
• Lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times
• Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead)
• Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Ability to take detailed notes to be shared internally and externally
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience
• QNXT systems experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience using project tracking systems (Asana)
• Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead)
• Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs
• Strong communication skills
• Previous Medicaid expansions or new implementations
