Freelance Senior Data Engineer

Huge is a design and technology company that focuses on creating innovative products and experiences. They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to implement and optimize analytics frameworks for user behavior measurement across digital platforms, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Google Analytics tracking across web platforms
• Configure and manage event tracking and conversion tracking strategies
• Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager containers and tagging architecture
• Develop and manage DataLayer structures to ensure accurate data capture
• Support GA4 implementation and optimization for web analytics
• Ensure proper web analytics instrumentation for user behavior tracking
• Validate tracking accuracy and collaborate with teams to resolve tracking issues
• Work with engineering and product teams to ensure analytics tracking aligns with platform architecture
• Support the implementation of scalable tracking frameworks for digital products
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting, performance analysis, and decision-making

Requirements:

• Strong experience in web analytics implementation and data tracking architecture
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics ecosystems
• Strong understanding of web data instrumentation
• Implement and maintain Google Analytics tracking across web platforms
