Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national family law firm seeking an innovative Front-End Developer to work remotely in Texas or Colorado. The role involves building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly interfaces that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce platforms, focusing on developing modern UI components and optimizing user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Salesforce technologies
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Integrate front-end components with Salesforce APIs and Apex controllers
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and best practices
Requirements:

- Three (3) years of Front-End Development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Framework
- Experience working within the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Experience Cloud)
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce data integration
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with responsive design and modern UI/UX principles
- Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Familiar with Salesforce Apex or backend Integration
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Design System)
- Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., payment systems, document services)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I)
- Experience in legal tech, CRM customization, or workflow automation
