Navixus is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in LiveVox development. The role involves designing integrations, managing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize omnichannel workflows and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations between LiveVox and NICE CXone using APIs and SDKs
- Create Studio scripts in NICE inContact to orchestrate omnichannel interactions and call flows
- Build custom scripts in LiveVox Designer for proactive outreach campaigns
- Configure IVR flows, call routing, and dialer campaigns
- Integrate third-party systems like Salesforce or Snowflake
- Develop custom API integrations to meet unique business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues with OEMs, vendors, and product suppliers
Requirements:
- 10 years CCaaS experience
- 2 or more years of experience with LiveVox
- Experience with the NICE CXone platforms
- Experience with API development, CRM integrations, and omnichannel workflows
- Experience with IVR design, dialer campaigns, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and customer engagement models
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage SLAs/contracts effectively
