Senior Business Intelligence / Data Engineer

As a Senior Business Intelligence/Data Engineer, you will build scalable reporting solutions and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization, focusing on IVR reporting solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex IVR channel reports and dashboards using Google BigQuery and Data Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IVR channel data with other data sources and systems
• Optimize and improve the performance of IVR channel reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IVR channel data and reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence engineering, with a focus on IVR channel and Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Google BigQuery, Data Studio, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data pipeline development using tools such as Cloud Data Fusion, Cloud Dataflow, or Apache Beam
• Familiarity with IVR channel technology and data structures
• Certification in Google Cloud Platform or equivalent
• Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling
• Experience creating analytics solutions for the healthcare sector
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (ADO, Jira, etc.)
