This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data integration solutions and maintain data architecture to enhance business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data integration solutions
- Design and maintain data architecture and applications to enhance business insights
- Drive user story development and ensure top-tier delivery of data solutions
- Evaluate and enhance current processes to support organizational strategies and improve user experience
- Conduct thorough testing and document any discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and readiness
Requirements:
- Over three years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and integration
- Strong background in data warehouse design and modeling, particularly dimensional modeling
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Ability to operate independently and handle multiple tasks in an agile setting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies and ETL/ELT processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Understanding of the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Working knowledge of UNIX environments, including shell scripting
