Staff Product Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or related fields
• 7-10 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, and product innovation
• Expertise in top-of-funnel and acquisition digital experiences
• Proven track record of leading design projects and shipping digital products
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and processes for design challenges
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in explaining design decisions
• Self-directed, proactive, and committed to driving progress
• Experience in cross-functional roles with focus on business value
• Background in financial services
• Advanced storytelling and persuasion techniques
• Familiarity with strategic design thinking
• Knowledge of advanced design research methodologies
