Director of AI Product Management, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD

Crossover is a company focused on transforming education through artificial intelligence, and they are seeking a Director of AI Product Management to lead their AI-driven learning platform. This role combines technical leadership with product management to drive the architecture and AI integration that enhances student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Chief Technology Officer of one or more education products, owning core competencies and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic judgment
• Cultivating and demonstrating profound education product knowledge to inform strategic choices
• Creating technical specifications that drive significant technical decisions and emphasize simplicity, efficiency, and sustainable architecture
• Deploying generative AI technologies to automate and optimize engineering workflows, consistent with the strategic objective of minimizing manual effort

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience making the important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open source technologies
• 4+ years of experience in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on a revenue-generating product
• Experience using AI agents to design, implement, and test software products or features
