Responsibilities:

- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Handle monetary transactions, including accepting payments and giving change
- Ensure the cash register balances at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front of the house area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items and promotions
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests
- Answer phone calls and support other operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers, POS terminals, and other related equipment
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash, making change, and processing refunds
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual
