Commercial Restoration Project Manager

ServiceMaster Recovery Management is a leading provider of commercial disaster restoration services. The Commercial Restoration Project Manager will lead complex restoration projects, coordinating teams and resources to help businesses recover after disasters such as fires and floods.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of commercial project management experience (restoration required)
• Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred)
• Familiarity with time and material billing software (experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
• Experience with Xactimate software
