Project Manager

Varonis is a company focused on technology integration projects, and they are seeking a Project Manager to guide the deployment process. This role involves extensive project management skills and the ability to drive teams towards specific milestones while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Project management of technical integrations with our customer environments and designated Varonis projects covering a broad set of industries
• Assist Deployment Engineering managers with capacity planning and forecasting of opportunities and projects
• Assist with the development of user stories to visualize, track, and automate team processes
• Translate technical issues into business impact statements
• Prioritizing project tasks, communicating transparently internally and externally, and driving project teams to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Coordinate with internal resources, escalations, and third parties to execute projects flawlessly
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and comply with scope/timelines
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Perform risk management to track and minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project templates, playbooks, and operating documentation

Requirements:

• Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises
• At least 2 years of experience in project management working within the Information Technology field
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is a plus
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some travel may be necessary
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus
