Foundever is a global leader in the customer experience industry, seeking an innovative and experienced Product Manager with a deep interest in AI to join their Qelp Product & Design team. This role is pivotal in steering the development of AI-driven products, guiding the product team in delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring alignment with market trends and ethical AI practices.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear AI product vision aligned with business goals, market trends, and ethical standards
- Create and manage an AI-focused product roadmap with milestones, KPIs, and data-driven priorities
- Coordinate AI/ML engineers, data scientists, devs, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure integrated delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging technologies
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (research labs, vendors)
- Mentor product team members, promote interdisciplinary knowledge sharing, and foster an innovative, user-first culture
- Champion user-centric design while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Lead product launches and GTM plans in coordination with marketing, sales, and support
- Track metrics and user feedback, apply analytics to iterate and optimize product performance
- Allocate budgets and resources to balance practical delivery with innovation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing technically challenging products preferably with AI functionality
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and stakeholder management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, software engineers, QA)
- Strong communication both written and spoken (English fluency required)
- A problem-solver with an innovative and analytical mind
- Strong prioritization skills
- Deeply knowledgeable of agile and scrum methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to create, maintain and prioritize backlogs, write comprehensive user stories and plan efficient sprints
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, and machine learning principles
- Experience with UX design, user research, and testing
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI/Data Studio, GA, or Amplitude is beneficial
