Dormakaba Group is a leading global provider in the access solutions market, seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance sales and profitability in the Western US. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a territory and account plans to develop financial institutions, financial and retail integrators, armored car providers and OEMs
- Drive sales development through weekly in-person and remote client calls
- Attend and support tradeshows to expand end user demand sales funnel
- Collaborate with dormakaba’s sales team to drive towards team financial targets
- Manage opportunities and forecasts in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintain current technical product-related knowledge and stay abreast of industry/territory trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Territory travel as required – up to 70%+ (including training and business meetings)
- 10+ years in a sales representative role
- 10+ years of industry experience
