Ladders is seeking a Global Account Manager, High Tech to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success by collaborating across functions to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategic account plan for a Fortune 100 Technology customer
- Mentor and manage a dedicated Account Executive, coaching on sales methodology
- Lead a cross-functional team to effectively implement the account strategy
- Apply MEDDPICC methodology to qualify and close large consumption deals
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders to position the company as a core solution
- Articulate the value of the company’s Data Cloud versus competitors and legacy systems
- Identify new use cases to drive revenue growth and customer retention
Requirements:
- 12+ years of enterprise field sales experience in Data, Cloud, or SaaS infrastructure for Large Enterprise Technology companies
- Expert application of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies in complex selling environments
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and managing Account Executives
- Demonstrated history of closing complex, seven-figure+ deals
- Strong technical understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data challenges for global tech manufacturers
- Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence
- Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment across various business functions
