The individual in this role will focus on improving HR operations effectiveness, executing performance management initiatives, and enhancing candidate engagement within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness
- Execute unit specific performance management initiatives
- Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness
- Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization
- Manage and support the following aspects – Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management
- Execute unit specific performance management framework
- Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
- Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required
