Lead - BPHR

Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, and they are seeking a Lead Business Partner – HR for their Human Resources team. The individual in this role will focus on improving HR operations effectiveness, executing performance management initiatives, and enhancing candidate engagement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness
• Execute unit specific performance management initiatives
• Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness
• Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization
• Manage and support the following aspects – Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management
• Execute unit specific performance management framework
• Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
• Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required
