Senior Technical Product Manager

Siemens Industry Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to manage and communicate customer and market requirements while shaping product direction. The role involves delivering SaaS computer aided engineering solutions and collaborating closely with development teams to promote innovative solutions and construct product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and communicating customer and market requirements, helping shape product direction, as well as promoting product capabilities, and latest enhancements
• Responsible for delivering SaaS computer aided engineering solutions to the market
• Producing go-to-market materials promoting Simcenter solutions
• Working closely with development teams in shaping new and innovative solutions to expand the scope of the software’s coverage
• Reviewing the cloud market, anticipating trends, and challenges customers may face
• Constructing the product roadmap alongside development and other stakeholder inputs
• Providing clear product requirements to product owners, and development team
• Working with colleagues in sales, pre-sales, support, business strategy, and development to make the product successful in the market

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation
• Experience working with industrial application of computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation or computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) using commercial packages
• Experience using industrial software on CPU/GPU hardware architectures
• Experience using industrial software on Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience working in software development company or in a company applying software in industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, or marine
