Sphere collaborates with clients worldwide to transform their organizations through technology and process innovation. They are seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance and optimize a leading financial services company's Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging Flows (batch, bulk, before-save, scheduled, etc.), ensuring optimal use of the right method in each scenario
Work with Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) integration models to enable real-time data synchronization across systems
Write, debug, and optimize complex Apex code, including legacy classes, outdated methods, and tangled triggers
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, maintainability, and security
Provide input on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce development processes

Requirements:

Experience as a Salesforce Developer (5+ years preferred)
Salesforce Flows, including various flow types and use cases
Platform Events and CDC integration models
Apex programming skills with experience handling complex, legacy codebases
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose effective solutions
HVS is a plus
