They are seeking an experienced Director – Corporate Banking (Insurance Sector) to lead portfolio and relationship management for insurance clients, focusing on credit underwriting and deal structuring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead origination, structuring, and execution of lending transactions for insurance clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance sector clients
• Perform credit underwriting, risk assessment, and financial analysis
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams across capital markets and product groups
• Prepare and present pitch books, financial models, and credit documentation
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and client performance
• Support deal negotiations and strategic decision-making
