The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of business capabilities and outcomes on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of large, strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of defined business capabilities, outcomes, and value
- Align business stakeholders and delivery teams, serving as a key liaison between business functions, data, and technology teams
- Oversee budget, resource, and milestone management to keep projects on track
- Resolve high-priority issues and cross-team dependencies to maintain project momentum
- Ensure business value realization and adoption through outcome-driven delivery
- Ensure deliverables are aligned to overall Digital & Data strategy, escalating deviations with clear value cases
- Support portfolio reporting and project governance, including steering meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or demonstrated experience); degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile delivery certification strongly preferred; additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or change management a plus
- 7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years leading enterprise-critical initiatives
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span business and technology
- Strong grasp of hybrid methodologies and ability to adapt based on project needs
- Effective communicator and facilitator, with the ability to align and influence at all levels
- Strong understanding of business value, change impacts, and capability delivery
- Awareness of AI, automation, and digital solutions relevant to project outcomes
- Strategic thinking and tactical delivery

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Jira, Aha.io, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools

- Experience in footwear, apparel, branded manufacturing, or global retail environments preferred
- Prior experience managing projects in transformation, systems implementation, or supply chain
