Project Manager (Transition Services Agreement)

JRD Systems is seeking a highly driven and proactive Project Manager with strong Business Analysis experience to support AWS cloud initiatives and migration planning. This role focuses on leading the end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud and migration initiatives while ensuring seamless transition of systems, data, and services through effective stakeholder management and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud and migration initiatives, including planning, execution, and tracking
• Drive TSA exit planning and execution, ensuring seamless transition of systems, data, and services
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable plans
• Develop and manage migration strategies, roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers, and drive resolution independently
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders and maintain momentum
• Act as a bridge between business, infrastructure, and engineering teams
• Ensure accountability across teams and keep initiatives moving forward

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles
• Proven experience in a PM/BA hybrid capacity (approx. 60% PM / 40% BA)
• Strong experience with AWS cloud environments and enterprise migration initiatives
• Hands-on experience with TSA exit planning and execution (carve-outs, divestitures, or large transformations)
• Solid understanding of cloud migration strategies (lift-and-shift, replatforming, modernization)
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
• Background in enterprise transformations, carve-outs, or system separations
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP)
