Description Of Services:
1. Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) working with Salesforce, including a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

1. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are desirable.
2. Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
4. Strong implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service & FSL Cloud, Experience cloud, Marketing Cloud.
5. Strong knowledge / experience in working with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
6. Strong knowledge in version control and CI/CD implementations (using CI/CD tools like Copado, GitHub Etc.) and closely monitoring the deployments.
7. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
8. Ability to lead and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
9. Provide expert advice and guidance on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
11. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
13. Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations

Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
