Job Overview:
- Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage cluster lifecycle including upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Configure platform components such as operators, service mesh, ingress controllers, and networking.
- Optimize cluster performance, resource utilization, and autoscaling.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
- Implement infrastructure as code using automation tools.
- Automate deployments, provisioning, and operational tasks.
- Support GitOps-based deployment and configuration practices.
- Design and manage containerized applications using container orchestration platforms.
- Support development teams with build pipelines, image security, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot application and platform-level issues.
- Implement security best practices including access control, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
- Integrate monitoring and logging tools for observability.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, cloud, and architecture teams.
- Provide support for platform and DevOps environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding guides.
Requirement/Must Have:- 5 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift 4.x.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, or Tekton.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize OpenShift platform environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD and automation pipelines.
- Support application deployment and containerization processes.
- Ensure platform security, monitoring, and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for solution delivery.
- Provide technical support and documentation.
Should Have:- Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or OpenShift certifications.
- Experience with service mesh technologies or API gateways.
- Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, finance, or healthcare.

Qualification And Education:- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
