Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Perform daily support for SAP PA and OM, including updating and maintaining infotypes, with a strong emphasis on Infotype 40 (Badge IDs).
- Conduct highimpact, accuracydriven data entry and cleanup in production systems.
- Support the secure badging process by updating badge ID information for hospital access.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, reviewing error logs and resolving Level 1 issues.
- Identify root causes of system or data issues and route them to the appropriate technical or functional teams for resolution.
- Maintain stable systems with no new enhancements planned.
Project & Integration Work
- Support a complex integration modification project involving multiple files, FDS updates, testing, and program adjustments.
- Participate in testing activities related to interfaces, badge updates, and PA/OM data flows.
- Collaborate with UKG timekeeping and secure badging teams on daily operational updates.
Tools & Collaboration
- Work within Jira to manage incoming tickets, primarily related to addon functionality (e.g., GP Strategies MANA role creation tool, Mendix personal data update tool).
- Collaborate through Teams channels for daily communication.
- Engage with HR Shared Services, UKG teams, and other crossfunctional partners.
Environment & Expectations
- Stable SAP environment with no new enhancements.
- Role is not responsible for SAP configuration.
- First week will focus on intensive data cleanup and badgerelated updates, followed by ongoing maintenance.
- Team members are transitioning to other groups, creating 1 2 openings.
- Workload expected to be high for the first 3 months, then reevaluated.
- 100% remote support.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP PA and OM in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of infotypes, especially Infotype 40 (Badge IDs).
