Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70.08hr - $74.08hr
- Design, deploy, and support collaboration solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Act as a technical advisor to translate business requirements into scalable collaboration solutions.
- Lead or support implementation of modern workplace and productivity tools.
- Architect and support integrations across multiple collaboration and communication platforms.
- Provide guidance on governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Support digital workplace initiatives and enhance user productivity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and identity management.
- Experience working with enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles including security, scalability, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in customer-facing or enterprise IT environments.
- Design and implement collaboration and communication solutions.
- Support integrations across multiple platforms.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of collaboration tools.
- Experience with enterprise communication and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with digital workplace or intranet platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven productivity tools.
- Experience working in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
