SAP HCM Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of our HR technology roadmap. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and compliant architectures across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with HR operating models, business strategy, and enterprise architecture standards.
We are looking for a transformation expert who understands the "big picture" of HR digitalization, including high-stakes integrations, robust security frameworks, and organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture: Create end-to-end architectural designs, blueprints, and data models for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Payroll, and S/4HANA (Core HR/Mini-Master).
- Drive Transformation: Serve as the technical lead for HR transformation programs, ensuring the technology stack supports future-state business processes.
- Integration Strategy: Define and oversee integration patterns using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Integration (CPI), and other integration methods to ensure seamless data flow between HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.
- Security & Compliance: Design comprehensive security roles and RBP (Role-Based Permissions) frameworks to protect sensitive PII data while ensuring GDPR/SOX compliance.
- Technical Governance: Evaluate custom developments vs. "Clean Core" standards in S/4HANA to minimize technical debt.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR Business Partners, IT Infrastructure, and C-suite leadership to align technical roadmaps with business value.

- Minimum Level: 3-5 years
- Preferred Level: 6-10 years
- Specific Requirements:
- 6+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll and payroll-to-FI integration.
- Proven experience designing secure HCM integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR data models, roles, permissions, and compliance.
- Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
Skills Required
- 6+ years of progressive experience in functional-technical IT, with a focus on SAP HCM technologies and product leadership.
- Exposure managing enterprise applications, including HCM systems, SaaS and cloud platforms.
- Leadership experience in governing and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants, and vendors through various initiatives.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern product delivery practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and manage global or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
