Pantry Cook

As a Pantry Cook, you will prepare and present menu items for your assigned venue, ensuring all food meets quality, safety, and portioning standards. You’ll maintain proper storage of ingredients, uphold sanitation protocols, and contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a culinary career in a fast-paced hospitality setting. 

• Prepare food items according to recipes and portion control guidelines 

• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of ingredients and supplies 

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations 

• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment at all times 

• Promote the “Big Six” values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe 

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience 

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required 

• Ability to obtain a valid food handler’s card 

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods 

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays 

• Comfortable working in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke
