Digital Designer (UX/UI) (Contractor Role – PIU Based Compensation)

Fact Finders Pro is a company seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a contractor role. The role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and developing high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in user research and testing, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, alongside the User Research team, to gain insights, understand behaviors and preferences that support improvements
• Must be a creative thinker
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
• Present and defend your design decisions
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc
• Identify UX problems, propose solutions and recommend implementations
• Create pixel-perfect, world-class user interfaces and original, eye-catching visual design
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams
• Develop information architecture, navigation models and interaction models that align with user needs and business goals
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, including layouts, typography, color schemes, and iconography

Requirements:

• 4 plus years of UI/UX designing for web or digital products
• Knowledge of wire-frame tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proficiency in designing with a user-focused approach
• Demonstrate strong UX, Interaction, and visual design skills along with a human-centric approach to designing products
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
• Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or certifications in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
