Sr. Business Analyst – Wealth/Investment Management

Newbold Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale wealth technology transformation centered on an Envestnet implementation. This role involves leading requirements gathering and performing gap analyses to enhance advisor tools and portfolio management capabilities across various office functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and perform gap analyses between current and future-state processes
• Translate business needs into actionable deliverables for technology teams
• Collaborate across stakeholders and own requirements throughout the Agile lifecycle

Requirements:

• Strong Business Analyst fundamentals (requirements, gap analysis, process flows)
• Experience with wealth management or investment platforms (NetX, NetXInvestor), FIS (Global Plus, Global Office), MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, or Envestnet
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Hands-on Agile experience using tools like Jira
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments
• SQL/data mapping
• Confluence, Miro, or Draw.io
