Project Manager, SIS Implementations (Remote)

CoreCampus is seeking a Project Manager to lead full-cycle implementations of their Student Information System. The role involves managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring successful go-lives while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementations of our Student Information System, from contract to go-live
• Own timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
• Drive projects forward with urgency and clarity
• Anticipate risks early and solve them before they become problems
• Keep clients and internal teams aligned, informed, and moving
• Ensure successful go-lives and strong customer satisfaction
• Run multiple implementations at once and keep them on track
• Translate client needs into real system configurations
• Lead discovery, configuration reviews, and decision-making sessions
• Deliver training that actually sticks and drives adoption
• Push for best practices, not just what the client asks for
• Step in, troubleshoot, and resolve issues without hesitation

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in SaaS or tech
• Proven ability to manage complex implementations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working with clients and driving outcomes
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum is a plus
• Bonus if you have experience in higher education or SIS platforms
