Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end partner experience programs — from concept through execution and optimization
- Translate partner feedback, insights, and data into tangible improvements
- Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to align priorities and outcomes
- Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that show real impact
- Identify operational gaps and design scalable, repeatable solutions
- Drive alignment, accountability, and progress across multiple stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and confidently with leaders and partner‑facing teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, partner experience, operations, or a related field
- Proven success delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- A strong partner‑ or customer‑centric mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- A data‑informed approach to decision‑making
- Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, channel, or partner‑led organizations
