Program Manager, Partner Experience

Pax8 is a fast-growing, dynamic organization aiming to enhance partner experiences. As a Program Manager, Partner Experience, you will develop impactful programs to improve partner satisfaction and strengthen relationships through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end partner experience programs — from concept through execution and optimization
• Translate partner feedback, insights, and data into tangible improvements
• Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to align priorities and outcomes
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that show real impact
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable, repeatable solutions
• Drive alignment, accountability, and progress across multiple stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and confidently with leaders and partner‑facing teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, partner experience, operations, or a related field
• Proven success delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• A strong partner‑ or customer‑centric mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
• A data‑informed approach to decision‑making
• Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, channel, or partner‑led organizations
