Manager - Electrical Engineering

Good Energy Enterprise is a rapidly expanding power and renewable energy company actively building its senior engineering leadership team. They are looking for a Technical Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead engineering and technical oversight across utility-scale renewable energy projects including solar, wind, and grid modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design and QA/QC across complex power projects
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
• Oversee technical deliverables from conceptual design through construction
• Work directly with utilities, developers, and EPC contractors
• Support engineering strategy as the company continues expanding its renewable energy portfolio

Requirements:

• 7+ years in power engineering, transmission, substations geared to renewable energy projects
• Experience with solar, BESS, wind, transmission, or substation engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. (Power/ Electrical)
• Strong power system design and technical leadership experience
• Experience working with industry-standard renewable energy and power system engineering tools such as PSS/E, ETAP, PVSyst, SKM PowerTools, ASPEN OneLiner, PVcase along with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcGIS to support renewable generation, grid interconnection, and electrical infrastructure design
