Founding AI Full Stack Engineer-$255/hr

Trilyon, Inc. is focused on AI safety research and is seeking a Founding AI Full Stack Engineer to develop internal tools for various business teams. This role involves owning the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and building full-stack solutions to address real business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack internal tools (backend, frontend, infrastructure) from idea to production
• Partner directly with Finance, Legal, Ops, and business stakeholders to understand workflows
• Identify patterns across requests and develop scalable platforms / reusable solutions
• Run stakeholder meetings, drive alignment, and own prioritization decisions
• Iterate quickly based on feedback to improve user experience
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and domains

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (full-stack preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with: Python
• Strong hands-on experience with: TypeScript
• Strong hands-on experience with: React
• Ability to own and deliver products end-to-end independently
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Experience in startups or early-stage environments (Founder / Founding Engineer is a plus)
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or reusable systems
• Exposure to Finance, Legal, or Operations tooling
