Job description:

Participate in design sessions with clients to deeply understand business processes and field service requirements.
Individual should have excellent knowledge in Sales/Service Cloud & specifically FSL experience
Individual must show case real 2-3 implementation experience on FSL.
Define the optimal scheduling strategy by configuring and deploying complex scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives within ESO.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring all configurations and customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows) adhere to architectural standards and FSL best practices.
Work hands-on with FSL configuration, including the data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources), territories, and capacity-based resource planning.
7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2-3 years as a lead developer
Extensive, hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and its managed package.
