- Strong experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Service modules
- Hands-on in Configuration & Customization
- Expertise in:
- Plugins, Workflows
- .NET, JavaScript
- CRM Portals
- Experience in solution architecture & design
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience in coding, review, deployment
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle incident support & development
Nice to Have:
- Architect-level experience in Dynamics CRM
- Certification in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
