.NET Full Stack Developer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions focused on route optimization. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end system architecture, strategic technical decision-making, and leadership of cross-functional engineering teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture & Solution Design

- Define and own end-to-end system architecture (LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, frontend, and data layer)

- Create architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and design documentation

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI systems using a spec-driven approach

- Establish best practices for modular, reusable, and production-ready system design

AI / GenAI Engineering

- Architect and implement solutions using Claude API, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks

- Design multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and tool-based workflows

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases and retrieval strategies

- Define prompt engineering standards, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks

Leadership & Delivery

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and developers

- Drive technical planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines

- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders

Engineering & Platform

- Oversee backend development using FastAPI and Python

- Ensure robust deployment practices using Docker, CI/CD, and Google Cloud Platform

- Drive system performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability

- Implement testing frameworks for GenAI validation and hallucination detection

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields

- Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed system design

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT) and Generative AI systems

- Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, and prompt engineering techniques

- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and backend system development

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery

- Experience with spec-driven development and enterprise-grade system design
